Clubs that participated were Atlanta
Town & Country, using a window located at Atlanta Museum Annex;
Chester 4-H, window at Mission Mart in Lincoln; Cloverdale, window
at the Pink Shutter in Lincoln; Hartem Clovers, window at Country
Companies Insurance office in Emden; Middletown 4-H'ers, at
Middletown Junior High; The Pioneers, window at Sew Many Friends in
Lincoln; and Wide-A-Wake 4-H, window at Action Rentals in Lincoln.
First place went to the Chester 4-H
club for their window display at the Mission Mart store on Broadway
Street in Lincoln; second place was awarded to Middletown 4-H'ers
for their display at Middletown Junior High; and a tie for third
place went to The Pioneers for their window display at Sew Many
Friends on Kickapoo Street in Lincoln and Atlanta Town & Country,
which had a display at the Atlanta Museum window.

In addition, there was a poster
contest, and Rebekah Crider, a member of The Pioneers, was chosen as
the winner. Her poster is displayed at the Sew Many Friends window.
