Redbird basketball doubleheader Saturday

[NOV. 23, 2005]  NORMAL -- If you're planning on attending either the Illinois State men's or women's basketball game on Saturday, you might as well make it both. Tickets for the men's game against Western Michigan are good for admission to the following women's game, and tickets for the women's game against Northern Illinois are good for the preceding men's game.

The men's game begins at 2:05 p.m., with the women's game to follow at 4:30 p.m.

Due to the doubleheader, parking will be at a premium around Redbird Arena. Patrons must show their women's basketball tickets in order to park in the S-81 and G-82 parking lots, which lie to the north and east of Tri-Towers dormitories. The bonus for early arriving Redbird fans is that their women's basketball tickets allow them to sit in Section C or D of the Upper Bowl during the men's game free of charge.
