[August 31, 2007]  CHICAGO (AP) -- Agriculture futures mostly gained Thursday on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for December delivery jumped 26 cents to close at $7.845 a bushel; December corn fell 0.5 cent to $3.3975 a bushel; December oats rose 0.5 cent to $2.5275 a bushel; November soybeans gained 10.75 cents to $8.85 a bushel.

Beef futures fell and pork futures rose on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

October live cattle fell 0.98 cent to 97.07 cents a pound; September feeder cattle fell 0.73 cent to $1.1797 a pound; October lean hogs added 0.1 cent to 67.85 cents a pound; February pork bellies rose 0.43 cent to 92 cents a pound.
