			Ruth 
			E. Krueger, 79, of Lincoln, died Tuesday, April 1, 2008, at Memorial 
			Medical Center in Springfield.  | 
						
							| Her funeral will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Zion 
							Lutheran Church in Lincoln. Burial will follow in 
							St. Mary's Cemetery. There will be no visitation. Holland Barry and Bennett Funeral Home is 
							handling arrangements. Mrs. Krueger was a teller at Lincoln Savings and 
							Loan for 12 years. She was then employed as a 
							secretary for Harris-Hodnett Agency in Lincoln. She 
							retired from Lincoln Developmental Center, where she 
							worked in the office for 14 years. She was born Sept. 11, 1928, in Hartsburg to 
							Henry and Kate Westen Klockenga. She married Frank 
							Krueger on Nov. 21, 1948, in Hartsburg. She is survived by her husband, of Lincoln; one 
							daughter, Kaye (and husband Jim) Wessbecher of 
							Lincoln; and two grandchildren, Adam Wessbecher of 
							Lincoln and Jaime Wessbecher of St. Louis, Mo. She was preceded in death by her parents; her 
							sister, Elizabeth Aughton; and her brother, Wayne 
							Klockenga. She was a member of Zion Lutheran Church in 
							Lincoln. | 
 
							She enjoyed music and used her musical talent to 
							sing for many years in the church choir and also in 
							singing special selections with her daughter. She was a wonderful wife, mother and grandmother. 
							She will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be 
							made to Zion Lutheran School in Lincoln.
