Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday,
April 16, at Quiram-Peasley Funeral Home in Atlanta.
The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Thursday, April 17, at
the funeral home, with David Taylor officiating.
Burial will be in Union Cemetery, Waynesville.
Maddox is survived by his parents, of Wapella;
his grandparents, Ronnie and Patti Mills of Wapella
and David and Georgia Isaac of Waynesville; uncles
and aunts Rory and Channen Settles of Waynesville
and Chris and Brooke Mills of Heyworth; cousins
BreAnna and Laken Settles and Logan Mills;
great-grandfather Vernon Fletcher of Camdenton, Mo.;
and several great-uncles and great-aunts.
