It is starting to look like something. The grounds have all been leveled, foundations have been poured and now the walls are going up at Castle Manor on the city's west side. The new 49,316-square-foot supportive-living center will have 54 apartments for seniors. The project is a joint venture of St. Clara's Senior Services and Heritage Enterprises of Bloomington.
