Fleshman said he was driving northbound through the American Legion parking lot and was looking at the building when he struck a utility pole in the lot.

Accident occurred on private property in the 2900 block of Woodlawn Road.

Austin, Voris J., 79, Lincoln; 2000 Ford Taurus
Howe was westbound in a private parking lot with Austin eastbound. Howe turned in front of Austin and the two vehicles collided head-on.

Hall said he was backing out of a parking space, backed across the driving lane and into Cameron, who was also parked in a proper space.

Ind., warrant.
