Neitzel, Michael P., 50, Lincoln; 1998 Ford Expedition
Neitzel said he had pulled to the curb and parked on the north side of Third to allow a passenger to exit the vehicle, when he was suddenly struck from behind.
Fritcher said she was not paying attention and rear-ended the Neitzel vehicle.
Fritcher was ticketed for driving too fast for conditions and operating an uninsured vehicle.
Dec. 12, 5:24 p.m.
Accident occurred in the 1300 block of Fifth Street.

Turner said he was leaving 5th St. Food Mart, making a right turn, when he was unable to control or stop his vehicle due to slick road conditions. His vehicle struck a guardrail in the alley.
