The judges have turned in their scores and the rating for the first week of the new decade is a "zero." Temperatures continue to hover around zero in central Illinois for a fifth straight day.

To make matters more aggravating, the five-day forecast for Juneau, Alaska, shows temperatures in the mid- to upper 30s for the rest of the week.
