Not all that long ago, this
sign was advertising gasoline at $3.99 a gallon.
For the last few days the
price has been falling, but don't count on it staying that way.
The high price of gas is a
worry for some like the Abraham Lincoln Tourism Bureau of
Logan County. Fears are that with prices high,
fewer people will travel this summer, meaning fewer visits to
Lincoln and Logan County and lost opportunities for local
businesses.
