Illinois country grain prices were
sharply higher on Tuesday afternoon, especially soybeans.
Soybean futures were driven higher
due to sharply higher soybean product values and good export
demand.
In Northern and Western Illinois country grain dealers quoted
shelled corn bids 13 to 18 cents higher at 8.21-8.38.
Soybean bids were 46 to 47 cents
higher at 17.57-17.71.
In Central Illinois country grain dealers quoted shelled corn
bids were 18 to 21 cents higher at 8.36-8.62.
Soybean bids were 46 cents higher
at 17.70-17.93.
In the Southern part of the state, shelled corn bids were 14 to
15 cents higher at 8.46-8.68.
Soybean bids were up 49 cents at
17.58-17.84.
Wheat bids were 21 cents higher at 8.64-8.92.
