Emergency
crews comb through some of the damage after a severe storm hit Harrisburg in the early morning hours on Wednesday.
The severe pre-dawn storm pounded portions of
southern Illinois. Several deaths have been
reported in Harrisburg, and the storm left the city's medical center
scrambling to treat an influx of injured, the hospital's top
administrator said.

This

There has been
criticism that the Frank Gehry
design of a
memorial
honoring Dwight
D. Eisenhower puts too
much emphasis on
Eisenhower's
rural Kansas
roots and not
enough on his
achievements as
a military hero
and president.
Some members of
the Eisenhower
family have
recently voiced
objections to
the imagery to
be depicted on
large metal

It’s important for dads not to
pressure mom to express her milk or supplement with
formula so you can help feed the baby. It’s important
for her and the baby to have breastfeeding firmly
established (4 weeks or so) before introducing a bottle.
Doing this too early could affect her supply and could
possibly derail breastfeeding success.
For more information,
contact the breastfeeding peer counselor at the Logan
County Department of Public Health, 217-735-2317, ext.
246.
