Illinois country grain prices were
mixed on Wednesday afternoon, with corn and
soybeans lower and wheat slightly higher.
Soybean futures were pulled lower
by
technical selling at the Board of Trade.
The USDA did announce the sale of
120,000 tonnes of US soybeans to China for the 2012-2013
delivery.
In Northern and Western Illinois country grain dealers quoted
shelled corn bids 6 cents lower at 7.13-7.26.
Soybean bids were 27 to 29 cents
lower at 14.90-15.03.
In Central Illinois country grain dealers quoted shelled corn
bids were 5 cents
lower at 7.22-7.40.
Soybean bids were 27 cents lower
at 15.03-15.15.
In the Southern part of the state, shelled corn bids were 3 to 4
cents lower at
7.33-7.50.
Soybean bids were 22 to 27 cents
lower at 15.03-15.21.
Wheat bids were mostly 5 to 7
cents higher at 8.40-8.63.
