The whitetopping project on Hamilton Street is complete, and the one-block stretch is once again open to traffic. With the concrete surface, the road is expected to have a longer life with less maintenance and repair. The project took a little longer than expected, but Monday evening Marty Neitzel told her fellow aldermen that she was pleased with how the street looks.
