Monday evening Mayor Keith Snyder announced that city administrator Sue McLaughlin will be leaving Lincoln the end of April. McLaughlin came to the city through GovTemps, a specialized temporary employment service, in February of last year. She has now accepted a position with the city of Bloomington.
