This
storefront at 515 Broadway is under renovation. The
plan is to return the storefront to a 1970's era
facade. On Monday night, city of Lincoln Aldermen
decided to hold off on a request for TIF financing
for the project for the time being. Concerns about budget constraints
and cash availability influenced their decision.
