Street Department Thursday morning. Fishburn hosted
a seminar on Emerald Ash Borer at the Lincoln
Extension Office. The program offered information on
tree identification, insect detection, and control

In
a hard fought defensive battle between the Chester-East
Lincoln Panthers and the Mount Pulaski Bruins at the
Lincoln Center on Thursday night the Panthers were able
to hang on long enough for a 32-28 win. The win gave
C-EL the Seventh Grade County Championship and improved
the team record to 15-2 on the season. The Panthers were
lead by Noah Funk with 10 points, Will Ewald had nine
points, Isaac Dewberry scored five points, and Jaden
Pollice and Thomas Morris made four points each.
