The
first group to step forward and show us
their pink in support of Breast Cancer
Awareness Month is Collision Concept of
Lincoln. This is not a new practice for
the business owners and their staff. Erv
and Cindy Guyett have been encouraging
staff to wear pink on Friday's in
October for a few years now. They even
have designed their own t-shirts that
everyone wears. Though the Guyett's have
always been supportive of breast cancer
research and awareness, right now, it is
hitting home for the couple. A very
close and dear friend of Cindy's has
been diagnosed with breast cancer. Cindy
is very proud of her friend, saying she
is a real fighter with a strong will and
is determined to be a survivor. So this
year especially, Erv, Cindy and the
staff at Collision Concepts wear the
pink with special conviction that by
doing their part there will be more
survivors, including their friend.
