Saturday was a fabulous day for outdoor play and many local folks took advantage of the good weather to attend the annual Family Fun Day hosted by the Open Arms Christian Fellowship church in Scully Park in Lincoln. The park was filled with inflatable and game play areas the kids enjoyed. There was food aplenty for everyone including a hot dog or hamburger meal courtesy of the church. Live entertainment and many other activities gave everyone an opportunity to enjoy a great day at the park.

First posted Sunday Suspect is in custody! We have had many worried citizens Sunday morning due to the large amount of police presence in the Starkey Acres neighborhood. We would like to thank the citizens of Lincoln for all the tips and phone calls. Your tips allowed us to capture the fleeing suspect.
