Lincoln
resident Jack Merreighn felt it is important to express to our local
police department that he respects and appreciates all the officers
do to keep our community safe.
Merreighn designed the above graphic working with Lincoln Printers
turning it into a double-sided corrugated plastic sign to be placed
outside. Lincoln Printers is offering the signs for sale at cost.
The sign measures 15 by 24 inches and can be purchased for $10 by
contacting Lincoln Printers, 711 Broadway Street in Lincoln, phone
217-732-3121.
On learning about the effort Chief Paul Adams said, “It warms our
hearts to hear our local residents understand that we are here to
help and to provide safety no matter your race, sexual orientation,
national origin, religion, citizenship status, physical or mental
disability, etc.”
