week, four new American flags were installed on the
scaffolding surrounding the dome of the Logan County
Courthouse in Lincoln. The scaffolding will be in place
for quite some time as the restoration project at the
courthouse progresses. Adding the flags this week makes
a bold statement just ahead of the Fourth of July.
