On
Saturday morning, coffee was on the Mayor at Guest
House. Mayor Tracy Welch hosted a Town Hall style
meeting at the popular coffee and pastry shop in
Lincoln. He spoke to attendees about the city and took
questions from the public that led to further discussion
about how the city government is doing the best work
possible to take care of the town and its constituents.
Ward 3 Alderman Kevin Bateman joined Welch throughout
the meeting, and for a portion of the time, Ward 4
Alderman Rick Hoefle also took part.
