2023 Animal Stories Pet Contest
In the Dress Your Pet Category
The winner is
Maggie and her cousins Genie and Stella
|
Glenn Jr. and Bonnie
Miller entered Maggie in the Dress Your Pet Category
pictured with her “cousins’ Genie and Stella that are
owned by their son Glen Miller III. The three dogs were
chosen as the winners which was very exciting for the
Millers all three.
Bonnie Miller said Maggie is a Bedlington Terrier while
Genie and Stella are Jack Russell’s. Maggie is sweet and
gentle, but Bonnie said it is quite a challenge to get
all three dogs to sit still for a photo. Her son has a
high speed camera and took several pictures in
succession to get one where all three appeared to be
calm and happily smiling for the camera. Bonnie says she
dresses Maggie for Christmas and also for Halloween, but
that is about all.
Glenn Jr. reads Lincoln Daily News daily. He read about
the contest and suggested Bonnie enter Maggie. She said
like any good pet parent she has lots of pictures, so it
took some time to decide what to send.
With their $50 gift card Maggie will be rewarded with
food, treats, and probably a new collar. Oh, and the
cousins might get something too!
