Lincoln City Governance

Lincoln City Clerk's Office and Administrative Assistants Office

Today we feature the many people that are involved in managing the city of Lincoln. The top photo includes our mayor and seven of our eight alderpersons along with the city attorney, city clerk, city treasurer and city department heads. The second features the city clerk and staff plus the city’s administrative assistant.

This is a team of people who have committed to being responsible for the wellbeing of our town. They support local business growth, tourism and oversee public services such as fire, police, streets, and sewers. They all have an open door policy, which means if you have a concern, they are prepared to listen to it and respond to the best of their ability.

When a person is diagnosed with cancer of any type, it is important that person have a support team. That team of course, includes the doctors and staff that provide professional services, but also those friends and family members who hold them up and give them encouragement during their battle.

If you have been diagnosed, don’t be afraid to share that news with your friends and family. They will want to be a part of your journey, they will want to be members of your support team.

If you know someone who has been diagnosed, please reach out to them. Show them your love, give them your encouragement and also find out how you can help them. There are constant needs during battle, meals, rides, help with shopping, help with children and carpooling, help with laundry. Think of something you know you can do and then let your friend or loved one know that you are there to help.
