Mustang All-Stars 10
The Lincoln Mustang
All-Stars traveled to Decatur’s Borg-Warner Field Monday to compete
in the PONY baseball district tournament. After a rocky start they
settled down and gave the Decatur South Shores team a battle. In the
end the Lincoln All-Stars came up a little short, losing 15-10.
Offensively the
Lincoln All-Stars were led by Ross Arneaud with a triple, double and
single. Corey Janssen and Chanse Hoaglane each had two singles. Also
contributing to the offense was Cory Malone with a triple. Chad
Moore, Josh Gill, Chris Martin and Arie Mikesell each had a single.
The Lincoln Mustang All-Stars travel back
to Borg-Warner field on Tuesday to take on Mount Zion at 6 p.m.
