Response to
a
letter posted Dec. 5:
To the editor:
Being a shopper myself, I only go to stores that treat me like a
very important person. If not, I will take my business elsewhere.
When my wife and I would go Wal-Mart, we were not treated as VIPs at
all. If I did that, where I work I would be written up,
Businesses in this country have to get back to service. Other
stores that we have gone to have treated us with open arms. If we
had a question about something, no problem. To be competitive, you
must treat people as you want to be treated. If not, too bad for you
and your business. Word-of-mouth about a store is better than all
the ads you can send out.
