Wind advisory in effect for Sunday afternoon and evening. The National Weather Service says winds of 25-35 mph will enter our area with gusts up to 40 mph. Travelers are advised to use caution.

Neither rain nor snow nor sleet nor hail will keep the chamber of commerce ambassadors and other officials from their appointed rounds of ribbon-cuttings. Well, at least rain won't slow them down. It does make it hard to take a clear picture, however.

The occasion Thursday night was the renaming of the Lincoln College Museum to the Lincoln Heritage Museum at Lincoln College. Museum curator Ron Keller (with scissors) cuts the ribbon, officially renaming the museum situated on the Lincoln College campus.
