There was an old-fashioned barn raising party Saturday on a rural Elkhart farm owned by Phil and Ruth Austin. The barn had been destroyed in the 2009 tornado but rebuilt, and that caused a celebration to be called. More pictures in today's Top Stories. Tuesday evening the Lincoln City Council held a public meeting to evaluate the services offered by Comcast. The public was invited to attend and speak about the services they receive. Approximately 10 people came to the meeting but only a few spoke. Among those who did were, left to right, Charles Anderson and Sandy Johnson, both Lincoln residents and Comcast customers, and Celeste Rogers of CITV-5.
