deserves to have fun. When the
Lincoln Elks heard that
Washington-Monroe student Kayla Riggleman needed a special swing,
they purchased one for her.
Kayla has a physical disability and
relies on a motorized wheelchair for
mobility within the school and
home.

On Saturday, Senior Airman and
Kroger employee Eric Horn gave the Lincoln Kroger
store an American flag that was flown in Afghanistan. Horn recently returned
from a tour of duty.

Introducing Hunter,
the new mascot for Heartland Community College. Hunter the Hawk was
introduced last night at a Bloomington Cornbelter's baseball game.
The mascot will be a familiar face at all upcoming Heartland sports
events.
