Lincoln Police Department report for Thursday, Sept. 9

  • Brennan, Peter, J., 26-year-old male, of Lincoln, arrested Sept. 7 on Lincoln Parkway at Union Street on Class A charge of driving with a license suspended, plus a Logan County warrant charging failure to appear on charge of driving with a license suspended.

  • Coppinger, Taylor T., 19-year-old male, of Lincoln, arrested Sept. 8 on Eighth Street at Union on Class A charge of driving with a license suspended. Vehicle was towed from the scene.

  • Hopson, Clarence, 27-year-old male, of Springfield, arrested Sept. 8 on Lincoln Parkway at North Kickapoo on a Class X felony charge of manufacturing or delivering a controlled substance. Vehicle was towed from the scene.

  • Nelson, Elizabeth M., 28-year-old female, of Topeka, arrested Sept. 8 on Lincoln Parkway at North Kickapoo on a Class X felony charge of manufacturing or delivery of a controlled substance. Vehicle was towed from the scene.

Logan County Sheriff's Department report for Thursday, Sept. 9

  • Boerma, Christopher T., 38-year-old male, of Emden, arrested Sept. 9 on 1075 Avenue near Emden on a McLean County warrant charging contempt.

  • Withers, William J., 34-year-old male, of the state of Texas, arrested Sept. 9 in Middletown on a Logan County warrant for failure to appear, plus a second failure to appear related to charges of domestic battery and criminal damage to property. Bonds were set two ways, both 10 percent payable and cash bond totaling $2,100.
