Mike Eads, the administrator of St. Clara's Manor, snips the red ribbon at the chamber ribbon-cut Thursday afternoon. The ribbon-cut was part of the 40th anniversary celebration at St. Clara's. Afterward, guests were invited inside for live music and refreshments.
