Today is the official first day of the Logan County Fair. This year, though, an old friend is not going to be in attendance. Last fall Luehrs' Ideal Rides realized they were going to have a scheduling conflict this year, but they didn't leave the Logan County Fair out in the cold. They recommended their good friends Tinsley's Amusements. Tinsley crews were busy setting up their carnival on Monday afternoon, and it looks like it's going to be great!
