One step closer to reality. Monday night the Lincoln City Council endorsed the concept plan for the APEX at City Center. The plan for the APEX has been months in the working, but in the end, members of the committee who helped design the APEX said they were satisfied and excited about their concept. The next step will be finding the funding to build the APEX.
