Robert Miller (foreground) was among the several downtown business and property owners who attended the public hearing Monday night on establishing a downtown TIF district. The city council hosted the hearing, with Miller being among those who had questions for the council about the TIF. Later in the evening the council voted on three ordinances that established the district.
