Thursday afternoon the Lincoln/Logan Chamber of Commerce and its corps of ambassadors welcomed another new business to Lincoln. The first ribbon-cut of the new year took place at Zero Tolerance, a new bar and grill filling the vacant Mr. Lucky's on Chicago Street. The new establishment is owned and operated by Crystal Williams, who did the honors in cutting the ribbon.
