SPRINGFIELD CLINIC RECEPTION/CLERICAL STAFF

Today we see four fine groups wearing their pink for breast cancer awareness and Paint the Paper Pink. Among the four are members of the Generations nursing and support staff, the realtors and secretaries at ME Realty, the nurses of Springfield Clinic and the "front of the house" clerical staff at Springfield Clinic. We see that some of the groups are somewhat divided by the role they play within their respective businesses. This drives home another good point about breast cancer. Regardless of what you do in your life or how you earn your living, your "classification" makes no difference to breast cancer or any other type of cancer for that matter. That is why we all need to be aware and be proactive in monitoring our own health.

Today our feature article for the October Paint the Paper Pink Breast Cancer Awareness project features survivor and current warrior Kathleen Brumbaugh. Kathleen's struggles with breast cancer carry some very big messages for others. We at LDN so appreciate her willingness to talk about her cancer and her desire to help others by sharing her experiences.
