Karen Booher will be the guest of honor at an open
house reception on Friday, Aug. 1, from 4 to 6 p.m. at the Logan
County Health Department, 109 Third St. in Lincoln. Mrs. Booher is
retiring after 18½ years as the director of finance for the local
department.
