State Rep. Bill Mitchell was in Delavan Thursday to
stop by at Delavan Elementary School. On the anniversary of the
9/11 attacks, Mitchell spoke to the students about patriotism and
flag etiquette. Mitchell also presented a United States flag to
the school.
