This Oct. 16, 2004, file photo shows Southern Cal's Reggie Bush celebrating after scoring a touchdown against Arizona State during the first quarter of their Pac-10 football game at the Coliseum in Los Angeles. After a four-year investigation of Southern California's football team, the NCAA gave harsh penalties to the school. The penalties are expected to stem primarily from allegations of improper benefits given to Heisman Trophy winner Reggie Bush.
