Picketers from Ironworkers Local 46 stand watch at the road leading into the new hospital's site. The labor dispute has the union on strike at several key construction sites in central Illinois, including the build of the new hospital in Lincoln. The hospital is not involved in the labor dispute, but with all other unions honoring the strike, work has ground to a halt.
