Accident occurred on North Kickapoo at the Lincoln Parkway exit.

37-year-old female, Atlanta; 2011 Ford Escape

Heath, Derek J., 70-year-old male,
Lincoln; 2005 Chevrolet Silverado
Heath said that he had exited Lincoln Parkway and was stopped at
the sign, waiting to turn onto North Kickapoo. Bell said that she
too was exiting Lincoln Parkway, saw Heath and thought he was in the
process of turning. She looked away for a moment, and when she
looked back realized that Heath had not left the stop. However, it
was too late for her to stop, and she rear-ended Heath.
Bell was ticketed for driving too fast for conditions and failure
to reduce speed to avoid an accident.

19-year-old female, of Waukegan, arrested Oct. 30 in the 300
block of Keokuk on Class A charge of battery.

Jones, Kyle R.,
18-year-old male, of Peoria, arrested Oct. 31 at Walmart on
Class 4 charges of retail theft over $300.

Lockhart Al Haqq,
Alea L., 20-year-old female, of Evanston, arrested Oct. 24 in
the 300 block of Keokuk on Class A charge of illegal consumption
of alcohol by a minor.

Lynch, Robert J.,
26-year-old male, of Lincoln, arrested Oct. 31 in the 1100 block
of North Kickapoo on a Logan County warrant related to driving
under the influence. Bond was set at $1,000, 10 percent.

Pettigree, Mariah
S., 18-year-old female, of Evanston, arrested Oct. 30 in the 300
block of Keokuk on Class A charge of illegal consumption of
alcohol by a minor.

Skelton, Travis
L., 24-year-old male, of San Jose, arrested on Woodlawn Road at
Lincoln Parkway on Class A charge of driving with a license
suspended and Class A charge of operating an uninsured vehicle.
Vehicle was towed from the scene.

Stroud, Bradley E., 33-year-old male,
of Lincoln, arrested Oct. 30 at his residence on Class A charge
of domestic battery.

Logan County Sheriff's Department arrests

Brown, Barbara L.,
50-year-old female, of Decatur, arrested Oct. 30 on Illinois
Route 121 near Mount Pulaski on a Macon County warrant for
failure to appear. Bond was set at $200 cash.

Lynn, Koadey B.,
19-year-old male, of Petersburg, arrested Oct. 29 in the 1450
block of 200 Street, Mount Pulaski, on Class C charge of
possession of cannabis less than 2.5 grams and possession of
drug paraphernalia. Vehicle was towed from the scene.

Miller, Scott A.,
29-year-old male, of Peoria, arrested on Illinois Route 10 at
Interstate 55 on a Tazewell County warrant for failure to
appear. Bond was set at $2,000, 10 percent.

Redding, Angela M., 27-year-old female,
of Hartsburg, arrested Oct. 29 on Illinois Route 121 at 1025
Street, rural Lincoln, on Class A charge of driving with a
license suspended.

- Moench, Amy L., 39-year-old female, of Lebanon, Ill.,
arrested Oct. 27 in the northbound lanes of I-55 at the 113 mile
marker on a Muscatine, Iowa, warrant for failure to appear.
Report indicated "no bond."
