Accident occurred on Wyatt Avenue, 24 feet west of South Elliott.

Mills, Chantell R., 37-year-old female,
Lincoln; 2006 Honda Pilot
Mills and unit 2 were stopped for a traffic backup in the
eastbound lanes of Wyatt Avenue. Unit 1 was approaching in the
eastbound lanes behind Mills and unit 2 and did not realize until it
was too late that the other vehicles had come to a stop. Unit 1
rear-ended Mills, pushing her vehicle into unit 2.
The driver of unit 1 was ticketed for driving too fast for
conditions and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident.

21-year-old male, of Lincoln, arrested Sept. 23 at his residence
on Class A charge of domestic battery.

Kelly, Terra L.,
24-year-old female, of Lincoln, arrested Sept. 22 on Broadway
Street on a Tazewell County warrant for failure to appear. Bond
was set at $2,000, 10 percent.

Welch, Kyle F., 25-year-old male, of
Lincoln, arrested Sept. 22 at an unlisted address on Class A
charge of domestic battery.
Logan County Sheriff's Department report for Thursday, Sept. 23

Clippard, Ciara
M., 26-year-old female, of Bloomington, arrested Sept. 22 at the
McLean County Jail in Bloomington on a Logan County warrant
charging failure to appear. Bond was set at $5,000, 10 percent.

Kodatt, Steven, 48-year-old male, of
Lincoln, arrested Sept. 22 in the 2500 block of Woodlawn Road on
Class A charge of criminal trespass to a residence, Class A
charge of driving under the influence of alcohol, Class A charge
of driving with a license revoked and Class A charge of fleeing
or attempting to elude a peace officer. The vehicle was towed
from the scene.

Mount Pulaski Police report for Thursday, Sept. 23
- Cormeny, Carl L., 60-year-old male, of Oakley, arrested
Sept. 21 on Illinois Route 121 at Vine Street in Mount Pulaski
on a Macon County warrant for failure to appear on charge of
assault. Bond was set at $1,000, 10 percent.
