In this photo
taken Sunday, a section of temporary seats that were
deemed unsafe remains empty before the start of the NFL Super Bowl XLV
football game between the Green Bay Packers and the Pittsburgh
Steelers at Cowboys Stadium in Arlington, Texas. A lawsuit has
been filed accusing the NFL, the Cowboys and team owner Jerry Jones
of deceiving hundreds of fans who bought Super Bowl tickets and had
no seats, or who felt the seats were inadequate.
