Coldwell Banker Cornerstone affiliates with Coldwell Banker Corp.

[March 16, 2011]  Coldwell Banker Devonshire, formerly Alexander & Company Real Estate, is now serving Lincoln and central Illinois as an affiliate of Coldwell Banker Corp. and will now be known as Coldwell Banker Cornerstone.

The office continues to be located at 303 S. Kickapoo St., with Regions Bank, and is owned by Sandra "Sonnie" and David Alexander. David was born and raised in Lincoln, and the Alexanders have served the Lincoln market for 25 years. They will offer customers products and services exclusive to the Coldwell Banker System. The office is staffed by 14 real estate agents who are committed to customer satisfaction.

Sonnie Alexander has been a real estate agent since 1973 and a real estate broker since 1975. During that time she received designations of GRI, CRS and EPro. She has served as president of the Logan County Board of Realtors. Sonnie is also active in the community, serving on the board of directors of the chamber of commerce and being instrumental in creating a business incubator program to promote economic development. Sonnie and David are founding directors of the Genesis Ministries Project.
