Meet Annie the Ladybug! Annie is this year's special-shape balloon for the annual Lincoln Art & Balloon Festival. The special-shape balloon is sponsored by the city of Lincoln. Annie, as you can see, is a cute, not-so-little ladybug sitting on a sunflower.
