This was a rather strange sight to come across in the early morning hours of Friday. No, Lincoln was not being invaded by Transformers, but close. Officially called a pumper truck, the vehicle with the large, dangling arm is what is used by professionals to pour concrete in areas where a regular concrete truck cannot go. The sidewalks around the Logan County Courthouse are being repaired and replaced by P & W Pools in Lincoln. They brought this large apparatus up from Springfield to help them get the job done without doing damage to the courthouse lawn.
