a press release issued by Mayor Keith Snyder on
Monday evening, it was announced that Ward 1
Alderwoman Melody Anderson has tendered her
resignation from the Lincoln City Council effective
immediately. Due to population changes, the city
went from 10 Council seats to eight in 2013.
Pictured above from LDN archives Anderson drew a
four-year term. Her seat would expire May 1, 2017.
