The
old school gymnasium in Elkhart was packed once more
as the Logan County Zoning Board of Appeals
concluded its second and last public hearing on
Thursday evening. With only three ZBA members
available to make the decision, and by rule three
affirmative votes required to pass, the 2 – 1 vote
failed recommendation to rezone. The matter is
expected to go before the Logan County Board for
decision this month.
