Monday evening the Lincoln City Council welcomed Clay T. Johnson as the city's first full-time permanent city administrator. Pictured above, Mayor Kieth Snyder swears Johnson into official duty before the council members. The city previously had Sue McLuaghlin as its city administrator. McLaughlin was hired through GovTemps. When she took a position in Bloomington, the city decided to move forward with hiring a full-time permanent administrator.
