Railers vs. East Saint Louis |
Railers vs. Decatur MacArthur |
At the
Prairie Farms Holiday Classic in Collinsville, the
Lincoln Railers played twice on Tuesday. The first game
started early in the day was against the East Saint
Louis Flyers. At the first competition, the Railers
might have been tagged as the "comeback kids" as they
entered the second half of the game down by 10 points.
However, in the third and fourth quarters the team
rallied and blew the competition away with a winning
score of 59 over 46.
On Tuesday night, the LCHS Boys Basketball team went up
against their first CS8 competitor, Decatur MacArthur.
The Railers ended the game with a sizeable deficit,
losing by a score of 59-37 in favor of D-Mac. The
Railers will now play for the 3rd place finish, opposing
the Quincy team, with that game being tonight at 6 p.m.
